WytePage needed to go from concept to a fully operational WordPress agency with a clear service offering, brand identity, and market presence. There was also an opportunity to build a recurring revenue stream through WordPress themes and Elementor template kits sold on third-party marketplaces.
Build and launch the agency from scratch, then establish a scalable themes and templates operation that could generate organic revenue without paid promotion.
We led the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch. That started with defining the agency’s positioning and service architecture, then managing the design and development of the brand, website, and core service offering.
Once the agency was live, we shifted focus to the themes and templates pipeline. Each theme went through the same product process: research, design, development, QA, and marketplace submission. We managed the end-to-end workflow for every release on TemplateMonster, building a catalogue of over 25 WordPress themes and Elementor template kits.
